New Overtime Rules


The Department of Labor has released new overtime rules: 

Beginning December 1, 2016, all employees meeting the requirement of salaried (not hourly) employees, must be paid overtime at a rate of one and one-half times their hourly rate for hours worked in excess of 40 hours unless their annual salary is greater than $47,476 or $913 per week.
